TENANTS' FEES

Renewal Fee: Payable for all renewal paperwork for any extension to the original tenancy agreement. £48 + VAT (£57.60)
Late Rental Payments: when not received within 7 days of the due date and charged for each written reminder. £25 + VAT (£30.00)
Overpayment of Rental: in the event of a standing order not being cancelled upon termination of the tenancy this fee will apply for each transfer of overpaid funds and will be deducted from the overpayment made. £25 + VAT (£30.00)

Copies of Tenancy Agreements requested in addition to the original signed copy provided at the commencement of the Tenancy. £25 + VAT (£30.00)

Each Additional Occupant to be included on an original Tenancy Agreement and to cover all administrative costs. £100 + VAT (£120.00)

Amendments to Named Tenants on existing Tenancy Agreements to cover the cost of referencing (conducted by an independent agency) and administrative costs.

Check-out Fee (conducted by an independent agency) payable at termination of the Tenancy and deducted from the deposit held. £60 + VAT (£72.00)

Failed Check-out Fee (charged by an independent agency) payable in the event that the Tenant has not kept a pre-arranged check-out appointment. £50 + VAT (£60.00)
